Taking the prescribed medication at the right time is crucial for the maintenance of your loved one’s health. At Walnut Acres Residential Care, we understand that remembering when to take medications can be a challenge for our elderly patients.

The caregiver assigned to your loved one will review all meds taken and record it in the med sheet with the name of the medicine, type of med, dosage, time and the doctor who prescribed it. We will make sure that the meds are properly taken within the guidelines set by the physician.
